Associate - Debt Strategy and Origination (1 year contract) #TNKC

Responsibilities

• Support debt financing activities, including documentation, reporting, and coordination with financial institutions
• Monitor financing facilities, covenant compliance, and maintain related records and reports
• Assist in liquidity management activities, including cash flow reporting, forecasting, and fund placements
• Support the execution and monitoring of treasury and hedging activities, including reporting and stakeholder coordination
• Prepare reports and analysis to support business and investment decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support investment and financing transactions
• Assist with due diligence reviews, documentation, and transaction completion processes
• Support policy reviews, process improvements, and regulatory or audit requirements
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
