Job Description -Lead in site coordination with all trades -Prepare submission of shop drawing/materials/MOS -Ensure work is construct in accordance with contract & drawings -Liase with sub-contractors, suppliers & etc -Carry out inspection/ trade demo/ material testing/ mock up -Verify VO and prepare back charge -Check & ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch) -Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants -Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment -Monitor and report on site progress in a timely manner
