Lead Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ACCOUNTING DIVISION (N72) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CTR CORONADO. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Audit Readiness (Internal Reviews, audit samples, Key Supporting Documentation), Dormant Account Review Quarterly, Time & Attendance, Invoice Processing, and Key Performance Indicators (suspense listings). Lead a team of junior analysts in performing a variety of accounting functions e.g. payroll customer service, vendor pay, reconciliation of financial transactions, etc. Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) suspense listings, and perform reconciliation and necessary corrective actions. Preparing Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) audits sample packages with required Key Supporting Documents (KSDs).
