Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level obtained in the public or private sector. (Specialized experience is paid or unpaid experience which has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.) Examples of specialized experience include such duties as: Advising senior management on strategic planning initiatives, resource, allocation, workforce management, and operational risks. Lead implementation, development and continuous improvement in policies, procedures, and service delivery standards to enhance organizational effectiveness. Identify staff training needs and provide or arrange training to enhance technical and team performance. Preparing briefings, recurring reports and analysis on facility program status, metrics, utilization, and compliance. Managing and coordinating oversight of telecommunications, subscription services, purchase card holder, and other administrative service contracts.
