Requirements

- Prior commercial construction carrier underwriting experience required

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience
- Travel: 25%-30% to neighboring states
- Valid driver's license (company pool car may be provided)

- This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement:
- Candidates are expected to work at our Hartford office in Brea, CA Tuesday through Thursday if they are not in-market.
