Responsibilities

- Comfortable with messy enterprise reality: multiple stakeholders, partial data, changing constraints
- Able to write high-quality requirements that engineers can implement without guesswork
- Outcome-oriented: you think in impact metrics, adoption and retention, not feature lists
- Confident communicator with both operators and engineers
Requirements
- Experience with MES / ERP / SCADA / industrial analytics tools
- Basic technical literacy: SQL, APIs, data pipelines (enough to ask good questions)
- Experience working with AI/analytics products in industrial settings
