As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will shape and deliver our pricing and promotional strategy to drive customer growth, revenue and margin across the business. You'll work cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to turn insight into commercially impactful decisions. As Pricing Strategy Lead, you will... Lead the development and execution of portfolio and brand-specific pricing strategies to drive growth, frequency and profitability Analyse pricing performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to optimise revenue, volume and margin Partner with Brand and Commercial teams to create pricing and promotion plans that balance demand generation with margin protection Champion a customer-first approach, using insight and market intelligence to shape pricing decisions and enhance perceived value Establish and track KPIs, delivering regular performance reviews and insight-led reporting to drive continuous improvement What you'll bring...
