Customer Success and Fulfilment Team

Responsibilities

• To ensure compliance with the customs regulations of Singapore
• To manage goods for assigned accounts; from charging, costing and arranging movement of goods & consignments.
• Providng rates/ billing info on shipments.
• Prepare and review documentation for Customs compliance and other governmental entities.
• Data Entry for shipping and freight manifests.
• Manage customer requests via phone and email.
• Maintain professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• . Preferences Singapore citizen/PR
• Must possess at least Sec/GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
• Conversant in Mandarin and English (is a MUST to liaise with China customers).
• At least 1-2 years' experience in similar industry preferred.
