Requirements

• Currently a senior in an undergraduate program or in a master's program
• Majoring in finance, science (e.g., physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science), or languages (preferably Japanese or Korean)
• Skills & Attributes
• Proven track record of achievement in academic and other settings
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to new investment opportunities, industry research, and due diligence across key sectors. As part of the program, interns will be expected to: Build foundational skills in qualitative and quantitative research. Supporting live deal execution in financial models and valuation analyses, and due diligence Providing sourcing, prospecting, portfolio management support Location: Shanghai (Onsite) Duration and Time Commitment : 3- 6 months (starting from September 2026 ), at least 3 days on-site per week
