Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities within Singapore and regional ASEAN markets.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning in the data centre industry.
• Drive innovation in engineering solutions, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
• Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day business operations across engineering, operations, sales, finance, and support functions.
• Drive operational excellence and performance accountability throughout the organization.
• Implement scalable systems, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Financial & Corporate Governance
• Present business performance updates to shareholders and board members.
• Maintain compliance with Singapore regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
• Leadership & Organizational Development
• Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement and organizational growth.
• Industry & Stakeholder Engagement
• Strengthen the company's brand and reputation within the data centre ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, MEP engineering, facilities management, or related engineering sectors.
• Proven track record in business growth, P&L management, and organizational leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore and ASEAN business environments.
• Strong understanding of operational, technical, and regulatory requirements within the data centre industry.
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia.
