The Senior E-commerce Sales is responsible for driving online revenue growth and profitability across key e-commerce platforms. Sales Target Delivery Take ownership of assigned annual and quarterly e-commerce sales targets (GMV, revenue, and profitability) Translate overall targets into actionable platform, category, and monthly execution plans Monitor sales performance continuously and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement 2. E-commerce Growth Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce growth strategies across key platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop) Optimize the full funnel performance (traffic, conversion, and average order value) to drive sustainable growth Plan and execute major campaign strategies (e.g. mega sales, seasonal promotions, platform campaigns) 3.
