Responsibilities
- Quality Planning
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing.

- Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Min. 4-5 years of experience within the front-end semiconductor, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Professional quality certification preferred (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT)) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Proficient in quality analysis tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
