Construction Site Supervisor

Requirements

• Having relevant working experience in construction industry / construction site work is beneficial
• Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• -Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
• Can work well in a team
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects
• Possess good work attitude

Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: -Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality - Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors -Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site - Support the Project coordinator and manager as needed - Ensure smooth job operations - Able to rectify and supervise works done on site - Other duties as assigned
