  • Essential Duties:
  • Supervises the Changemaker Polytechnic Student Leadership team in strategizing, organizing, executing, and evaluating events and initiatives to cultivate a culture of social impact,
  • Supports the development and implementation of signature university wide programs and initiatives including, but not limited to monthly Days of Service, Change the World, Community Action Grants and Devils in Disguise.
  • Advises, mentors, and supports Changemaker student leaders involved in Changemaker Social Impact programs to cultivate student community, healthfulness, and skill building.
  • Manages the Changemaker space including overseeing its operations, maintaining its functionality, and coordinating student schedules to ensure coverage and efficient utilization of the space while fostering an environment conducive to social innovation and collaboration
  • Develops, expands, and manages a suite of tools and resources accessible to ASU students across campuses to advance their social change ideas.
  • Participates in identifying and applying best practices from peer institutions and organizations in the field to enhance the effectiveness of Changemaker's initiatives.
  • Collaborates and regularly communicates with key university-wide partners to establish and nurture relationships that directly influence the programs and opportunities provided by Changemaker.
