- Maintain and evolve operational documentation for onboarding, integration, and activation workflows.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in adtech, martech, data integrations, or technical operations.
- 2+ years of team leadership or project leadership experience.
- Experience working with enterprise data integrations and advertising platform ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows and cross-functional initiatives.
- Technical Skills
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines and audience activation workflows.
- Familiarity with DSPs, social platforms, data onboarding platforms, and marketing ecosystems.
- Experience with file-based and API-based integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and structured data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.).
