Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent commercial/business experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Medical Devices across commercial, service, lifecycle management, or business growth roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth, lifecycle monetization, or business expansion initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence sales organizations and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working across multi-country or regional environments, preferably within emerging markets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in transformation and growth environments with high organizational complexity.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong execution mindset and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate challenging commercial dynamics constructively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging senior leadership and translating technical/service concepts into business value.
  • Experience building business cases, growth plans, or commercial initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Six Sigma or process improvement certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Travel: 30% regional/market travels.
