Responsibilities

  • Manage program-related web presence, including content strategy, updates, production workflows, and permissions governance
  • Act as a highly proactive technical specialist who deeply understands complex program challenges, formulates strategic options and recommendations, and collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree from an accredited program in a technical discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical disciplines supporting large-scale government programs
  • Proven leadership and teaming abilities with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex issues and disciplines simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, compelling executive briefings and decision packages
  • Working knowledge of NPR 7120.5 or similar program/project management compliance frameworks (e.g., DoD, FAA, or other federal agency standards)
  • Demonstrated expertise preparing executive-level reports and delivering polished briefings to senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating audits, assessments, or independent reviews, including evidence collection, documentation preparation, and response management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request processing and response coordination
  • Strong organizational skills in developing, maintaining, and managing program documentation systems and knowledge repositories
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work proactively and independently while effectively engaging lead

The selected candidate will be required to work part-time on a casual basis, on-site at our facility in Houston, TX at Johnson Space Center.
