About the role

You will serve as a SPECIAL VENTURE ACQUISITION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC OSF. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following1) Experience negotiating, executing, and managing high-value commercial ventures, commercial real estate portfolios, or large-scale privatization programs. 2) Applying commercial business and industry practices to oversee the financial performance, market analytics, and risk management of a complex portfolio of business agreements. AND 3)Serving as a senior technical authority, advising executive leadership on commercial business strategies, partnership viability, and resource management.
