This role reports onsite in our London office. 📍London, Camden | Office based | Benefits including Free Private Healthcare, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave, matched 5% pension scheme, free yoga/fitness wellbeing classes, free weekly lunch and Friday drinks @ 4pm ✨ The Role We are building out a dedicated short-form social team for Oddbods-one of the world's funniest, most chaotic character brands on YouTube-and we are looking for a Social Creative Producer to spearhead its growth. Sitting within Moonbug's dynamic Gaming & Interactive Team, this is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role that offers immense creative latitude. You will be responsible for building an active, playful digital community that connects fans to the Oddbods series, its Roblox game (Obby Bods), and future brand touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone genuinely fluent in social culture who is equally comfortable interpreting performance analytics as they are briefing and making content. Operating with a continuous test-and-learn mindset, you will collaborate closely with a Social Content Creator and cross-functional partners across Gaming, Brand, and Production to turn creative experiments into repeatable, scalable hits. Responsibilities Content Production & Optimization: Repurpose our extensive CGI content library and full-length episodes into high-performing, platform-native short-form videos. Format Innovation: Deliberately trial new styles, tools, and hooks, scaling production from 3+ to 5+ posts per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Trend Response: Monitor internet culture and gaming trends to conceptually frame and execute highly relevant social assets within a strict 72-hour turnaround window. Channel Growth & Community Management: Partner with the Gaming Marketing Manager to build out the social calendar, deliver publish-ready assets, and energize our fanbase. Data-Driven Creation: Regularly track content performance metrics to understand what drives engagement, using those insights to directly shape future creative strategies. Brand Guardianship: Maintain a precise balance between Oddbods' signature chaotic humour and staying strictly on-model and on-tone for a global kids and family audience. Proven Experience: A strong track record as a Social Producer, content creator, fan editor, or a similar role within a fast-moving media environment. A Strong Portfolio: A demonstrable showcase of self-edited short-form content that proves your ability to generate ideas and deliver polished assets at volume with minimal oversight. Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) alongside daily project management tools like Google Workspace and Trello. Social Fluency: Deep knowledge of current social trends, platform algorithms, and the specific creative mechanics that capture and hold attention in the first three seconds. Creative Scripting: Strong copywriting and narrative skills tailored specifically to visual, short-form storytelling. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using platform analytics to evaluate content success and back up creative choices with data. Bonus Points: Prior experience capturing video game footage, working within a social-first creative agency, or working in-house on a major entertainment or character brand.
