Responsibilities
- To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
- Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
- Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years' post tertiary experience in Singapore, of which 2 years must be supervise of Commercial Building/Residential projects as RE (M&E).
- Must be Registered with IES/ACES as a RE(M&E)
