About the role

You will serve as a Management and Program Analysis Officer (Knowledge Management) of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY. PCS is not authorized. A Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Utilizing Knowledge Management principles, tools, and methodologies, including information-sharing practices, collaboration systems, and lessons learned processes and expert knowledge of principles regarding strategic planning and program development on all aspects of the program to include but not limited to knowledge creation, capture, retention, security, sharing (collaboration), use and transfer. Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess the knowledge needs of the command and to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of various Knowledge Management and change management processes. Manipulating data in KM and information management systems (e.g., SharePoint, JLLIS, Power BI) and familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
