As a Shift Planner at ASML, you will help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly. Your work ensures that critical materials move efficiently into, through, and out of the cleanroom. This supports the timely build of our lithography systems, which power the world's most advanced microchips. In this role, you will collaborate across Production Logistics, Production Planning, Material Handling, and Manufacturing to maintain flow and remove obstacles that could slow down progress. The Shift Planner is key to keeping our factory teams productive and aligned. Role and Responsibilities Work Schedule: Z1 Shift Thursday through Saturday, and every other Wednesday Hours: 630am-7pm As a Shift Planner, you coordinate daily production activities and ensure materials arrive where and when they are needed. You monitor work in progress, maintain communication with planning and logistics teams, and help solve issues that could delay production. You also support improvement initiatives and help keep inventory data accurate. In this role, you contribute directly to operational stability and build readiness. Support daily execution of the production plan in consultation with Production Planning. Monitor work orders in progress and confirm that logistics needs are met on time. Manage expedited movement of materials from the warehouse to the cleanroom. Review completed work orders to validate material usage. Join daily meetings to review the build plan and address risks. Troubleshoot logistics issues that could disrupt manufacturing and share prevention ideas. Communicate production concerns and escalate critical blocks when needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or a related field; or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Minimum of two years of relevant business experience required. Experience in a complex or high‑volume production environment preferred. Understanding of planning and production concepts such as material requirements planning, just‑in‑time, and lean principles preferred. Experience using enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
