Job Summary The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of software solutions. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will work with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs to build new custom applications and influence system design. In addition, the Sr. Software Engineer should have experience with relevant modern development technologies such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful services, along with working knowledge of relational databases, automation, and infrastructure technologies. The successful candidate will be adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape, exhibit unrelenting passion for their work, enjoy experimenting with new technologies, thrive in high-performance teams, demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions to challenging problems, believe in craftsmanship, and possess an infectious positive attitude. This position is fully remote with an occasional requirement to report to SHI offices for organizational events as required by management.
