Requirements
- J.D. and admission to the bar or the ability to practice in-house in your office location
- 3+ years' experience practicing as a technology transactions attorney, including a mix of experience in software licensing, cloud services, and/or AI-related transactions
- Experience with government sales transactions, including with federal, state, local and education agencies
- Experience with indirect sales transactions, including with channel partners, resellers, and distributors
- Proficiency in data privacy and security frameworks
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS provisions
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate agreements independently with minimal supervision, while exercising judgment in escalating material issues to senior attorneys as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams across various disciplines and seniority levels
