- Coordinate employee learning programmes and training initiatives
- Track training completion and maintain training records
- Support learning compliance and audit requirements
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement programmes
- Organise wellness activities, Lunch & Learn sessions and Employee Connect initiatives
- Coordinate employee surveys and culture-building activities
- Drive employee participation and enhance workplace experience
- HR Technology & Process Improvement
- Support HRIS implementation and workforce planning tools
- Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Explore AI solutions, chatbots and emerging HR technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- HR Projects & Operations
- Support HR governance and approval workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects
- Participate in company committees and corporate events
- Provide operational HR support where required
- Role Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Employee Experience
- Passion for employee engagement and organisational culture
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, HR digitalisation and process automation
- Experience with Canva, HRIS or Learning Management Systems will be advantageous
