Learn more about working at Ledcor - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Perform structural welding on steel components in accordance with engineered drawings and CWB standards Complete SMAW welding processes as required by project scope Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate work Conduct fit-up, grinding, and preparation for welding activities Inspect welds for quality, integrity, and compliance with specifications and procedures Provide support with rigging and positioning of materials for welding using hoisting equipment Complete FLHAs and follow all site safety procedures, including hot work permits and fire watch requirements Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor's high standards for safety and quality
