Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and lead a phenomenal client-relationships for social outreach/influencer marketing campaigns.
• Be responsible for planning and managing the project P&L, the delivery of revenue KPI across the agencies partners under your team, pursue all potential cross sell & up sell opportunities
• Hands on with the core principles of digital marketing especially influencer marketing/social outreach
• Cross functional collaboration with planning, creative, influencer management and other internal teams to deliver on business requests
• Guide, supervise, mentor and lead the team to drive productivity and chemistry
• Update teams & partners on the ever changing digital/social and influencer landscape
• Client Leadership - responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones and approvals
• Supervising and mentoring the team to achieve given requirements

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with minimum 2 years of experience in managing influencer marketing related campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social outreach from planning to execution and Vietnam market
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Account Manager/ Senior Manager
• Leadership skill (Manage a team at least 2-3 members)
• Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
• Ability to lead pitches and wining new projects with proven track of records
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
• Prior experience in agencies partner relationship management is mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
• Open mind-set to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations
