We are looking for a PMS Associate EMEA to join our team in Malta responsible for post-market product surveillance and safety. This role focuses on handling complaint processes, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment. It is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow in Quality and Regulatory areas while gaining experience in an international setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Process all level of complaints, including critical complaints, determine regulatory reportability, create or (peer) review and submit Vigilance reports. - Coordinate responses to MOH under supervision - Segment KPI oversight & daily activities with CQA and Plant - Support Post Market Surveillance (PMS) continues improvement initiatives - Work autonomously under supervision - May train new team members
