Associate, Process Manager A great opportunity awaits a highly organized, confident, and detail-oriented professional to join Capital One's Subpoena Fulfillment and Intake team. This dynamic group of legal professionals, based within Capital One's Legal department, is responsible for receiving, reviewing, researching, and fulfilling third-party subpoenas issued to Capital One. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and developing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational performance. You will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring workflows are as effective as possible. Primary Responsibilities Execute as a member of a cross-functional team that can support operational needs Follow direction and implement tasks efficiently, following procedures and meeting regulatory and customer experience requirements Exercise strong judgment and make effective independent decisions when necessary Propose practical solutions to streamline workflows and improve outcomes Serve as primary POC and/or maintain productive interaction with operations partners.
