Developer Experience: Obsess over the end-to-end developer journey, tracking DX metrics and conducting deep-dive research to eliminate friction before it ever turns into churn. Think Like a Platform: You possess strong, well-reasoned opinions on what "good" design looks like and aren't afraid to defend your vision to both developers and the C-suite. Data-Driven Intuition: You define success metrics before a single line of code is written, using platform health data to influence high-level prioritization and investment. Developer Empathy: Having built with APIs yourself, you view documentation gaps as personal challenges and treat developer friction points as high-priority product bugs. Proven Experience: You bring 4+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, specifically focused on APIs, SDKs, or iPaaS, ideally with a background in software engineering or solutions architecture.
