About the role
Coordinate and supervise offshore lifting, load-out, and installation activities. Review and verify lifting plans, rigging arrangements, and installation procedures. Experience with HSE management, risk assessments, and operational safety processes. Strong contractor management and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Current BOSIET certification. Willingness to work a 28/28 rotational schedule in Pemba, Mozambique, including offshore assignments and vessel-based work.
