Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Analytics, Finance & Planning, or Corporate / Commercial Banking within the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of the Institutional / Wholesale Banking landscape; prior banking or financial services experience is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and structured executive‑level materials.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with product and cross‑functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, and Operations & Technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across seniority levels.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight timelines.
