Experience integrating complex organizational elements, developing innovative solutions, and delivering strategic insights through data visualization to guide senior leadership decisions. 2. Experience in human capital planning and leading or supervising staff including assigning work based on staff capabilities, requirements, and organizational priorities, establishing work schedules, evaluating work products and providing constructive feedback, setting performance standards and conducting staff reviews, recruiting, training, and resolving complaints and grievances. 3. Experience related to supporting requirement identification, problem solving, process improvement, general loan servicing, applying administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of loan servicing programs.
