Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in TV/media buying (linear + CTV/OTT), ideally in a performance-driven environment
- Strong understanding of media math, TV measurement, and attribution (e.g., MMM, MTA, incrementality)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets efficiently and strategically
- Established relationships with networks, stations, and media vendors a strong plus.
- Proven experience optimizing campaigns based on data and measurable KPIs.Excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant marketing, advertising, or communications background preferred
