HR Admin for prestiogous bank , 6 month contract Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and creating a seamless employee experience? We are looking for a Human Resources Talent Cycle Consultant to join our team and support HR operations across the UK, Channel Islands, and Europe. What You'll Do As a key member of the Talent Cycle team, you will: - Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business (email, phone, and chat) - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes - onboarding, contracts, job changes, leaves, and offboarding - Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and Workday navigation - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems - Coordinate pre-employment screening and right-to-work verification - Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve HR cases efficiently - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Shared Services, and external vendors - Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency and simplification - Support international assignments and employee mobility - Ensure all tasks are completed within SLAs and regulatory requirements What You Bring - Experience in HR operations, administration, or employee lifecycle management - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information - Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities Nice to Have - Experience with Workday HRIS - Knowledge of ServiceNow (or similar case management tools) - Exposure to Sigma or ADP systems What Sets You Apart - A collaborative, customer-focused approach - Ability to influence and build strong working relationships - Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Why Join Us?
