Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design, to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders such as project managers, developers, testers, and other IT professionals to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and design.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users on new or enhanced system functionalities.

Requirements

  • Education :
  • Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
  • Essential :
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating system documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and data models.
  • Experience with various system analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts is a plus.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
