For the Love of Laundry is Singapore's #1 award-winning & eco-friendly laundry and dry-cleaning company. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our customers and operations. team.
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
- Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and service issues
- Work closely with the factory team to resolve customer cases
- Support drivers on collection and delivery matters
- Update customer information and case notes in the system
- Keep customers informed on the status of their orders or issues
- Provide good service and build strong customer relationships
