Address customer inquiries and issues related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical problems. Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience. Keep up-to-date with gaming products and industry developments. Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is an advantage. Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural experience.
