YOUR MISSION: The Central Visual Merchandiser is responsible for defining, deploying and ensuring the consistency of Visual Merchandising standards across all regions. This role acts as a key link between central teams and local markets to guarantee a strong and coherent brand expression in-store. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Work closely with the regions and local VM teams Creation of VM guidelines and supporting documents Organization and participation of guidelines shooting Ensure strong collaboration with central merchandising and retail teams Monitoring and support VM installations (openings, pop ups, events, ) Monitor in store rotations and Provide feedback/ follow up on IWD Conduct VM trainings and develop VM training documents Showroom organization & Installation. Work in advance with product categories to understand special needs/tools/zoning Participating in the installations of seasonal launches in store HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in a global retail or luxury environment Strong understanding of retail excellence, product storytelling and in-store execution Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
