Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse operations experience , with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and continuous improvement across all logistics activities. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and storage activities Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and regular stock reconciliation Supervise warehouse staff, maintain discipline, and ensure productivity targets are met Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet delivery timelines Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational procedures Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
