Position Summary: Manages and evaluates effectiveness of national in-kind resource accounts in support of Make-A-Wish chapters to enhance operational efficiency and wish growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, donors, and chapter staff in developing and coordinating in-kind partnerships and programs. Knowledge and Abilities: Exhibits exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with staff, vendors, and donors. Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures. Discretion with confidential and sensitive information. Duties & Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates in-kind programs in support of wish granting. Supports chapters by developing and delivering training and onboarding materials on national in-kind program processes. Monitors effectiveness of in-kind portfolio through analyzing chapter utilization and in-kind program impact on direct wish expenses. Informs decisions on targeted deployment of in-kind resources, where applicable, to ensure the greatest enterprise-wide impact. Develops and maintains an understanding of chapters' in-kind needs, including creating effective communication channels. Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing and developing high-impact in-kind resources for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing processes, and training and communicating with chapter staff and corporate sponsors. Analyzes, tracks and reports on both cash and in-kind programs. Synthesizes and shares chapter and donor feedback to improve program impact. Directly completes booking requests for in-kind resources when centralized booking is needed, including but not limited to special allotments from corporate donors. Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets. Supports day-to-day management of in-kind programs. Performs other job duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
- Database application and reporting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with federated not-for-profit organizations is helpful.
- Working Conditions:
- Ability to work and thrive in a remote-first environment.
- May require work outside a traditional Monday - Friday work week, and outside normal business hours.

- $56,287 - $63,355 USD
