About the role

  • Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Communicate daily with manufacturers to verify technical specifications, lead times, and quality control standards.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing for core commodities (M&E materials, power components, etc.) to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency : Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement. You must be able to negotiate technical specifications and contracts directly with suppliers as well as the client in South East Asia.
  • Education : Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Trading, or Operations. Experience in the construction or M&E industry is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge : Basic understanding of Incoterms, LC (Letters of Credit), and Singapore Customs regulations.
