Responsibilities

- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and document scalable, repeatable workflows that align with business goals and compliance requirements.

- Maintain up-to-date process documentation in central knowledge repositories.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility of process content across all teams.
- Develop templates, frameworks, and best-practice documentation standards.
- Provide process and tool support to all users
- Location & Travel Expectations :
- This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan
- This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Education/Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Years of Experience required in type of role: 5-7 years of experience in an automotive environment, preferably in a Change Coordination or Program Management role.
- Communication: Strong communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written w/ ability to guide cross-functional teams to successfully meet deadlines
- Proven track record of being a part of automotive projects from concept phase to series production
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent strategic thinking and criteria-based decision-making skills
- Proven (technical) problem solving skills
- Experience with VW Group processes and tools (preferred)
