Responsibilities

• TITLE : Staff Engineer
• REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or related in Automotive Industry. Experience must include:
• Experience with managing matrix organizations.
• Experience performing structural static, fatigue, vibration, impact, and creep using specialized software's, including Ansys and Abaqus along with empirical validation of models and results.
• Experience in statistics, FEA and GD&T.
• Experience with automotive market standards, including AIAG and VDA.
• Experience with global automotive emissions regulations.
• Experience with plastic product design and molding.
• Experience with Metal Stamping or Forming process.
• Experience with Life Cycle Analysis and carbon footprint impact.
