What you bring Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategic role within a high-growth startup or scale-up (e.g. strategy, business operations, corporate development, growth) Ability to generate insights from data and connect them to actionable strategic recommendations Strong leadership and ownership skills, and the ability to work autonomously while linking back to overall business strategy Experience leading complex initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to solution implementation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a bias for action Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to dive deep into unstructured business problems Passion for technology and understanding of trends and market dynamics in SaaS and B2B software markets Great senior stakeholder management skills Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
