About the role

As the Engagement & Proposal Manager , you will work with technical specialists delivering high‑quality, accurate and commercially sound IT solutions into customer bids and proposals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
  • ITSM, TOGAF or equivalent architecture qualifications
  • 3+ years' senior project management experience
  • 5+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain environments
  • Strong background in solution architecture and design
  • Experience working in large, multi‑geography organisations
  • Proven leadership of technical or solution design teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Expertise in IT cost modelling, bid governance and sales support
  • Knowledge of supply chain technologies (WMS, TMS, track & trace, customs)
  • Experience with cloud, infrastructure, security and service management
  • Resilient, commercially astute and customer‑focused mindset
