About the role
The Global Senior Manager - BOM Procurement will lead strategic procurement initiatives focused on bill of materials (BOM), driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and operational efficiency across the organization. - Monitor supplier risk, market trends, and supply continuity strategies
- Drive procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and P2P efficiency
- Lead benchmarking activities and implement best-in-class procurement practices
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of procurement data within systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
- Develop and mentor procurement team members to build capability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Strong background in cost analysis, cost modeling, and procurement analytics
- Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality assurance processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
