About the role

The Global Senior Manager - BOM Procurement will lead strategic procurement initiatives focused on bill of materials (BOM), driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and operational efficiency across the organization.   • Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, governance, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies
  • Monitor supplier risk, market trends, and supply continuity strategies
  • Drive procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and P2P efficiency
  • Lead benchmarking activities and implement best-in-class procurement practices
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of procurement data within systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
  • Develop and mentor procurement team members to build capability and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
  • Strong background in cost analysis, cost modeling, and procurement analytics
  • Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality assurance processes
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
