Responsibilities

- Outbound automation expertise : Track record designing and operating high-throughput outreach engines (tens of thousands of sends/day) with built-in deliverability controls (throttling, suppressions, retries) and driving engagement that feeds qualified leads into the closing motion.
- Resilient workflow design : Expert at mapping multi-stage GTM flows-from initial contact through demo to deal close-surfacing failure modes or bottlenecks, and embedding automated guardrails, alerting, and self-healing routines.
- Quota- and metrics-drive n: Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs (response rate, conversion, pipeline velocity, quota attainment), instrumenting real-time dashboards and alerts, and continuously tuning pipelines and close motions based on data.
- Deal-closing savvy : Comfortable stepping into the seat of the closer-owning qualification, negotiation, and hand-off to ensure deals progress smoothly and quota targets are met.
- Bonus:
- Prior SDR or RevOps/Revenue Engineering experience at an early-stage startup.
