Senior Consultant - Financial Services

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or project management within the Financial Services Industry, preferably in one of the following sectors:
• Banks (Corporate, institutional banking or financial markets), or
• Asset management and servicing (fund administration or securities services), or
• Wealth management
• Technical expertise and experience in at least one of the following subject matters:
• Regulatory requirements and reporting,
• Compliance,
• Global Markets/Capital Markets divisions of banks, related companies or regulators,
• Transaction reporting / trade depositories,
• Securities post-trade processes, particularly clearing and settlement of securities,
• (Operational) risk management
• Initial experience in business analysis and project and change management
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and deliverables
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Process-and solution-oriented
• Quality-focused with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently as a as part of a team
