We are seeking a hands-on Finance / Accounts Manager to independently manage the full set of accounts and financial operations. This role has no direct reports - you will be expected to take ownership of accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning, while working closely with management to support business growth. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure timely compliance with tax filings, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions and Corporate Income Tax
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data to ensure accuracy
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Prepare and present monthly finance and sales reports to management
- Analyze business P&L, profit margins, and financial forecasts
- Prepare presentations of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking advertising and promotional expenses.
- Record and monitor FTT and A&P expenses in financial systems.
- Ensure timely reimbursement and claims processing related to FTT and A&P activities.
- Support pricing strategy development in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze cost structures and profit margins to recommend appropriate pricing adjustments.
- Maintain pricing databases and ensure consistency across sales channels.
- Prepare reports on pricing performance and profitability analysis.
- Manage and process claims for expenses, reimbursements, and refunds related to business activities.
- Verify supporting documents and compliance with company policies before submitting claims.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for clarifications and approvals.
- Maintain records of all claims and ensure timely settlements.
- Lead Singapore tax compliance, ensuring correct and timely tax calculation, filing, reporting, and payment.
- Ensure statutory requirements are met externally (auditors, regulators) and internally.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including demand forecasts with commercial teams

- Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant role
- Certified Accountancy
- Sound foundation in finance
- Revenue Growth Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- English fluency in written and spoken
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively
- Work well in a variety of team dynamics
- FMCG experience is an advantage
